» Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
All of our subscriptions are annual plans. You are able to cancel your subscription at any time; however, your account will remain active for one (1) year from your subscription start date.
» Can I change upgrade my plan later on?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. The amount paid for the previous subscription tier will be applied to the new subscription.
» Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed at the time of your renewal date unless you notify us that you would like to cancel.
» Do you offer volume discounts for purchases of large blocks of cases?
If you are interested in volume discounts and pricing for large purchases, please contact our sales team and someone will reach out to you discuss our available plan options.
» Am I allowed the share the cost with my business partner, broker partner, and/or employer?
Yes, we do have customers that negotiate a cost sharing structure prior to purchase of a license or licenses. We just require that you have one (1) credit card on file for your subscription.
