Benefits Zone will only capture basic contact information. Our system only stores Name, Phone Number and Email.

No – we do not store medical data, information or other data that would fall under HIPAA.

No – we are not a person or organization that is using or disclosing individually identifiable health information to perform or provide functions, activities, or services for a covered entity. We do not perform functions, activities, or services including claims processing, data analysis, utilization review, or billing.

No – we do not process or store Protected Health Information. The Benefits Zone platform will only process and/or store Name, Phone Number and Email.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure AWS Virtual Private Network Server.  While not sensitive, all supplied information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted.  It is accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Access to a dashboard that includes employee contact information, app activity, and text message threads. Benefits Zone provides administrators with a summary of how employees are engaging with benefits information.  

Instant access to advisors, enrollment tools, calendars, and call centers. They know exactly where to go if they have questions. No more searching through emails or calling HR.

Benefits Zone coordinates informational text messaging campaigns that connect employees with their benefits. After the initial text message invitation, we schedule follow-up messages and reminders to ensure employees get pertinent benefits information when they need it. All text messages are in compliance with text messaging guidelines and regulations.
